SCOTUS Upholds Partial Birth Ban

Not a surprise, but still disappointing. As I’ve said many times before, I’m all in favor of a ban on D&C that includes an exception for the health of the mother. So long as the right opposes that, they tell us just how much they actually care about, well, the health of women. That is to say, not at all.
